Return, Exchange and Cancellation details

Due to the nature of my items, I cannot accept returns. Please be sure to read the details of the listing (weight, size, etc). It's up to you to check out all the info provided. I put everything possible so you can make an informed purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase, send me a convo within 7 days of receiving your package & I will do my best to help! Please contact me before leaving feedback since there's nothing I can do about an issue unless you give me the opportunity to know about it and make it better!
Regular orders can be cancelled before it's being created. Otherwise, once an order is being prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Wholesale

I do not offer wholesale pricing including subscription boxes. I also do not offer private label at this time. Each item at my shop is freshly handmade by myself. I don’t mass produce. Each item takes a great deal of time and effort. The prices listed at my shop are fair cost when that is taken into consideration. I may offer 10% - 20% discount for some items if you order large quantity.

When will my item ship?

Production time for your purchase depends on each item and can be found on the listing purchased or you can check your receipt and/or orders tab on Etsy for your estimated ship date.
Upgrading to USPS Priority shipping only speeds up the delivery time via USPS, it does not speed up the production time.
If you chose USPS Priority Express and it doesn't arrive in time, you will have to take it up with the USPS to work out their guarantee delivery promises.
Please always include your full name for shipping, not having it with your order will resulted in a delay of your package going in the mail.

Will my package arrive in time?

Once your package has been received by our local post office I no longer have control of the delivery of the package. I always stick to the ship by date on your order unless we’ve discussed by convo about custom orders, large quantity orders or an unexpected delay. I do not guarantee delivery dates and I’m not responsible for delayed packages. MidoriHandmadeGoods will not issue any refunds due to postal delays.

Shipping address

Orders will ship to the address you provide when you place your order. Please double check the address you have on file with Etsy. If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not shipped, please contact me asap and I can change it. If your order has already shipped to an incorrect address and is return to me, I’m not responsible and will refund the item price MINUS the cost of shipping. You will be responsible to pay the shipping cost.
For MULTIPLE ORDERS: If you place multiple separate orders to the same address, I will attempt to ship them all together in one package. I will also refund for the difference in shipping cost.

Shipping problems

Returned to me due to DAMAGE
If your package incurred postal damage(and had the proper full name and verified address) and returns back to me, I will put it back in the mail to you at my expense.
Lost Package?
If you believe your package has been lost in the mail I require a 21-day wait period before a replacement or a refund will be issued. In the meantime please feel free to contact me so I can assist you in dealing with USPS customer service.
Stolen Package?
If you believe your package has been stolen; please first, file a police report and a claim with USPS. I do not issue refunds for any packages marked delivered by USPS.

Things about the soaps

Remember soaps do not last. They may lose their scent and dry out and fade in color after 6 months to a year. Sweating will sometime occur in high humid areas and with fast temperature fluctuations. This is normal process and a sign of good soap. It does not affect the condition or usability of the soaps. To get rid of the “sweats” when it happens, place the soap in sun until water beads evaporate, or dab lightly with a tissue, or rinse it with water.
For a longer lasting bar, allow the bar to air dry in-between uses.
Each item is created by my own hands in my soap studio, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in photos. Please understand that sometimes soap bag/box may have a different design.
